Hi,
I had a break-in at my house on Monday in Paarl, and I want to thank your company for the speedy service, and making me feel safe at all times.
I am also having beams installed, and the branch really made an effort to speed up the process and it is being done on Tuesday to accommodate me.
In special I would like to thank the sales rep Riaan at the Paarl branch for assisting me with haste and urgency
But also the security guard who was at my house for two night (I am not sure what his name is) – for he was an extremely friendly and caring person, helping me carry things and making me feel really safe and that everything was looked after and under control. If you could please convey my gratitude to these two gentlemen, it would be appreciated.

Hi Rayno,
This afternoon while sitting in my study I observed a black male appear in my backyard. He looked around furtively and then walked on to the back stoep and peered through the bedroom window at the far end of the stoep. He then tiptoed to my backdoor and peered through the security gate, not attempting to knock. He then turned around and approached the window where I was observing him from behind a lace curtain. When he saw me I went out and questioned him, he giving me a b-----t story of looking for someone who lives in this road. With that I snapped his photo and pressed my remote alarm saying that security will be able to give him the info he's seeking. With that he hurried off up the road in the direction of the station.
Of late suspicious activity has picked up around here once again. I suspect my joint is being cased.
I am emailing the image as an attachment.

Ek wil graag vir jou komplimenteer met die uitstekende diens wat ek ontvang het van Weden, Angelo en Monrico. Van die eerste telefoon oproep met Weden oor die koop van die alarm sisteem tot die installasie was regtig puik. Ek moet se ek het lanklaas die tipe commitment van 'n diens verskaffer gekry. Met die dag van instalasie was al drie manne tot omtrent elf uur in die nag by my om seker te maak die werk word klaar gemaak.
Angelo is heeltyd in kontak met my oor my verskillende zones en die sensitiwiteit van my beams. Weden antwoord altyd my oproepe en skakel altyd terug wanneer hy se hy sal. Monrico werk so hard soos 'n span perde voor n kar!
Jou mense is vriendelik en definitief weet hulle wat hulle doen. Ek sal julle aanbeveel vir enige person in my area.

Meneer,
Ek het op 12 Maart u kantore geskakel om die alarm van bogenoemde eiendom oor te dra op my naam.
Sanett het my te word gestaan. In hierdie tye waarin ons nou is, is ek al so gewoond aan swak diens en mense wat traag is om te help.
Ek het amper van my stoel geval, in die eerste plek oor haar vriendelikheid, tweedens was sy bereid om ekstra moeite te doen.
Sy het belowe sy sal terug bel, en sy het dit gedoen! Jy kan baie trots wees om iemand soos Sanett op jou personeel te kan he!
Sanett het 'n agent na my gestuur en weereens is al my verwagtinge oortref! Vriendelik, behulpsaam en weet presies waarvan hy praat! Wedan is ook 'n aanwins vir jou.
Ek het gedink daar stop dit! Ek het gevra hulle moet stiptelik agt uur vanoggend by die huis wees om die nodige te doen. Weer het ek gedink stiptelikheid bestaan mos nie meer nie!
Agt uur was hulle daar! Angelo was die tegnikus en Wedan was ook daar. Met baie geduld het Angelo alles vir my verduidelik en seker gemaak alles is weer gesluit voor ek ry!
Baie dankie vir sulke goeie diens. Ek waardeer dit en ek weet ek sal goeie diens van julle kry as dit so begin het!

Bedanking vir die goeie diens
Met hierdie skrywe wil Paulus Joubert Hoër Skool u hartlik bedank vir die goeie diens wat u verrig het by die Krieket derby op Boland Krieketveld wat gehou was op 11 Maart 2015. Die dag was besonders suksesvol afgesien van die klein getalle toeskouers. Alles was in plek en daarom wil ons van die geleentheid gebruik maak om u daarvoor te bedank.
